Please produce your passport or identification for the verification by the receptionist as required by law under The Hotel Licencing Regulation

The guest agrees to be to bound by the terms and conditions in the letter of confirmation relating the the room reservation accepted by his/her agent on hes/her behalf.

Rates quoted above is not inclusive of any service charge and GST.

Notwithstanding any method of payment, I agree that I am personally liable for all cost and charges incurred in the event that nay such cost and charges are not paid in full and confirm that my responsibility and liability in that regard is not waived or released in any way.

INNKEEPERS ACT
Under Section for of the Inn Keepers Ordinance NO.16 of 1952, the Hotel will not be held responsible for any valuables or money left by the Guests in their rooms.

General Terms & Conditions

Reservation Guarantee & Payment

All reservations made through the hotel's online booking engine require full prepayment to guarantee the booking. Upon completion of the reservation, guests will be directed to a secure online payment gateway to process the required payment.

A booking is only confirmed upon successful receipt of payment and issuance of a reservation confirmation by the hotel. Failure to complete payment may result in automatic cancellation without prior notice.

The hotel utilises secure payment processing systems. Guests are responsible for ensuring that all payment details provided are accurate and valid.
Rates, Taxes & Availability

All rates are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated and are subject to:
- 10% Service Charge
- 9% Goods and Services Tax (GST)
Rates and availability are subject to change without prior notice until booking confirmation is completed. The final payable amount will be displayed at the time of booking confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed and payment is received, the agreed rate will be honoured for the duration of the stay.
Payment Policy
- Full payment or deposit may be required at the time of booking depending on the selected rate plan.
- The hotel accepts major credit and debit cards.
Cancellation, Amendments & No-Show Policy
- Bookings are non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
- Promotional and non-refundable rates do not allow cancellations, amendments, or refunds.
- For BAR (Best Available Rate) bookings, cancellation is permitted up to 3 days prior to arrival without charge.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to arrival or no-shows will be charged one (1) night per room.
Formula One Period Singapore

All reservations during this period are strictly non-refundable, with no cancellations, amendments, or refunds permitted under any circumstances.
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in time: 2:00 PM
- Check-out time: 12:00 PM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guest Identification

All guests must present valid original government-issued identification upon check-in.
- Singapore Residents: original physical NRIC or Passport only (no digital copies accepted)
- Non-residents: valid original physical Passport required
The minimum age required to check in and register for a room is eighteen (18) years old. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or a responsible adult who is at least 18 years of age and will be staying in the room throughout the duration of the stay.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in if valid identification is not presented.
Occupancy & Children Policy

Maximum occupancy is determined by room category booked.

Children Policy:
- 0-6 years: free of charge using existing bedding
- 7-12 years: extra bed at SGD60++ per night (subject to availability)
- 12 years and above: charged at adult rate
Extra beds are subject to availability and room type suitability.
Guest Liability & Innkeepers Act

Guests remain personally liable for all charges incurred during their stay. Any unpaid amounts remain the guest's responsibility.

In accordance with Section 4 of the Innkeepers Act (No. 16 of 1952), the hotel shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to money, valuables, or personal belongings left in guest rooms or hotel premises.
Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of SGD50.00 is required upon check-in. It will be refunded upon departure, subject to room inspection and deductions for damages, penalties, or policy violations.
House Policies

Smoking Policy:
The hotel is strictly 100% non-smoking. A cleaning fee of SGD200.00 applies if smoking, smoke smell, or evidence of smoking is detected.

Durian Policy:
Durian is strictly prohibited. A cleaning fee of SGD200.00 applies for violations.
Hotel Rights

The hotel reserves the right to:
- Refuse accommodation or check-in
- Terminate a guest's stay
- Cancel reservations
in cases of policy violations, unlawful conduct, or disruptive behaviour.
Limitation of Liability

The hotel shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including force majeure events.
Privacy Policy

Personal data collected during booking will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the hotel's privacy policy.
Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
Acceptance of Terms

By completing a reservation through any hotel distribution channel, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Promotional Rates - No cancellations, amendments, or refunds are permitted. Any cancellation, amendment, or no-show will be subject to the full booking charges.

BAR (Best Available Rates) - Reservations may be modified or cancelled without penalty up to 3 days prior to arrival. For cancellations received less than 3 days before arrival, or in the event of a no-show, a charge equivalent to one (1) night's room rate per room will apply.
Full payment will be charged upon successful completion of the booking.

Rates are strictly non-refundable for stays during the Singapore Formula One Race period. No cancellations, amendments, or refunds will be permitted for reservations falling within this period.
Check-in time is from 2:00 PM and check-out time is before 12:00 PM.
Children aged 0–6 years stay free of charge using existing bedding.
Children aged 7–12 years may require an extra bed at SGD60++ per night, subject to room type and availability.
Children aged 12 years and above are charged at the applicable adult rate.
For Singapore Residents, only the original physical NRIC or original physical Passport will be accepted for registration. Digital copies, photographs, screenshots, or digital identity cards will not be accepted.
A refundable incidental deposit of SGD50.00 is required upon check-in.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel or refuse check-in if the above requirements are not met.

Any changes to the Nostalgia Boutique Hotel Privacy Policy will be made to this page. Your continued use of this Site will constitute your agreement to the changed Terms of using this Site.
